Hi, I’m Maria Victoria Palheiro – a passionate music industry professional with a global perspective and a love for creativity. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I moved to New York City at 18 to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. I am currently studying music business at NYU. My journey has also taken me to Florence, where I spent a semester immersed in Italian culture, art, and music, broadening my worldview and appreciation for global creativity.

As the founder and CEO of MVP Jams, a creative agency supporting artists, I specialize in crafting compelling press releases, artist bios, and interviews to help emerging talent achieve national and global visibility on platforms. With a strong interest in international marketing, I aim to bridge cultural boundaries and bring diverse voices to the forefront of the music industry.

During my time at Sounds of Brazil (SOB's), New York’s largest independent music venue, I contributed to their digital and traditional marketing strategies, oversaw social media initiatives, and helped craft unique experiences that connect artists and audiences.

I’ve also had the privilege of facilitating guest lectures with industry professionals from leading companies like Spotify, Wasserman Agency, Universal Music, and Live Nation, enriching my understanding of the global music landscape, as part of my time as the Events and Programming Vice President at Music Business Ambassadors NYU.

Proficient in multiple languages, I am a proud polyglot passionate about connecting people across cultures. When I’m not immersed in work, you can find me enjoying Broadway shows, playing Tennis, capturing moments through photography, or relaxing at the beach back home in Rio.
